Dalmarnock Road, Glasgow - Springfield Properties

This development comprised 237No residential flatted units and ground floor retail units over a total of six blocks. 

The construction form comprised steelwork frame, concrete floors on composite metal decking, supported on a combination of driven precast concrete and steel tubular piled foundations to rockhead. 

Progressive collapse measures were incorporated into the design to comply with Risk Classification 2B, Design Check Level DCL3.

Phase 1 of the project comprising the first three blocks was completed in 2023.
