The development in Dundee for Maven Capital Partners provided 152 student bedrooms with retail/commercial at ground floor level.
The construction form comprised steelwork frame, concrete floors on composite metal decking, supported on steel tubular piled foundations to rockhead.
Progressive collapse measures were incorporated into the design to comply with Risk Classification 2B, Design Check Level DCL3.
The project was completed in 2024.
