Indev Consult were appointed for a major masterplan project at East Kilbride, collaborating with Geddes development planners. The project included 2.5 km of infrastructure roads, four roundabouts, drainage, and earthworks to enable the construction of 1200 homes, a primary school, and a commercial centre.
Various geotechnical, civil, flooding and drainage challenges were addressed during the development, and the project was completed within the specified timescales and budget. Subsequent appointments by developers for the residential development sites included clients such as Taylor Wimpey, Cala, Lynch, Miller Homes, Bellway Homes, and Avant Homes.
Indev is currently engaged in several projects of a similar scale and type across Scotland, demonstrating its success in delivering developments of this nature and magnitude.
