This project at Longniddry Village, East Lothian included custom house designs based on a vendor specification focusing on historical aesthetics. The site offered around 700 units over two phases between both developers.
Longniddry Village, named ‘Large Development of the Year’ at the Homes for Scotland Awards 2023, includes both affordable housing and private homes. The project faced engineering challenges due to the renovation of an existing mill and outbuildings, requiring significant hydrological/landscape designs.
The project is in phase 2, with Indev having secured all necessary approvals, including a detailed building warrant for the custom house types.
