This project for Persimmon Homes includes 2000 houses, a commercial area, and a primary school south of Edinburgh off the A1. Indev's scope involved supporting the masterplan team to secure ‘Planning in Principle’ and detailed phased applications covering earthworks, drainage, access, infrastructure, network reinforcement, and utilities.
The initial phase focused on delivering drainage, earthworks, and road infrastructure for the western portion of the site, including a primary school and approximately 1000 development units.
Site works began in 2022 with designs and approvals completed on time, and base infrastructure established. Design applications have been advancing through 2025 with the release of the next phase of works, which includes an additional 350 units and extended infrastructure roads including a bridge crossing.
